🚴🏾‍♀️ Bike is Life.

Meet my bike. I don’t have a name for her yet. She’s a cruiser bike, made for casual riding, running errands, etc. She’s single speed (which is cool) with back-Pedal brakes (which I don’t really like 😒). I needed this so I can appreciate riding my bike for joy and recreation rather than just fitness. My personality is very yang-oriented 🙄 so I need to intentionally incorporate things that will balance that out.

Who has a bike? What kind do you have? Are you able to the recognize patterns and tendencies that may not always be helpful? If so – how are you counteracting this? If not – get tapped in and take note of how certain patterns and tendencies can be more harmful than helpful.
