Lately Maggie and I have been chasing the morning sun, waking up at 5:30a-6a everyday… even weekends😳
The wonderful things about this are:
- I truly have more time to myself/by myself. To think. To create. To breathe. To walk. To eat. To read. To do. To just be. I like it.
- It makes me go to bed earlier – reducing my late night anxious thoughts.
- I get to experience the cool air and stillness that summer mornings can bring. The early light is amazing. It makes me well.
- It helps me reflect and be more grateful. More patient. More proud of myself and things I have manifested into my life.
